Personal Information.
The SportsAge ID system collects information about registrants on behalf of the organization in which a registrant/user is participating. SportsAge ID is a contracted entity, which collects information via the registration form from registrant for the organization and produces a variety of services for the organization about registrants. The registration form may or may not require submission of the following information: (a) e-mail address; (b) full name; (c) date of birth; (d) a registrant-specified password; (e) mailing address; and (e) any and all information associated with the individual (such as name, address, partial social security number, social security number) that is required by SportsAge ID to complete the applicable certification, send you email communications, or to respond to your inquiry. Once you elect to provide us with personal information, it will be utilized only to support your registrant/user relationship with SportsAge ID. Social security numbers are not retained and are not sold, rented, or leased to any entity.
SportsAge ID does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other entities.
Registrants are required to upload a photograph, primarily for the organizations administrators and representatives to identify participants, or to facilitate the printing of an identification profile with photograph. If a registrant is uncomfortable with a photograph as part of their account information, they should contact SportsAge ID at support@sportsageid.com.
The information collected is not divulged with any entity other than contracted partners and the authorized representatives of the organization.
SportsAge ID provides a service to help manage the background check process for coaches, administrators and sports officials. While it is understandable that consumers are reluctant to disclose their social security number, it is a vital piece of information to help ensure the name being provided will match potential criminal records. Social security numbers are captured as part of a registrant’s profile, and submitted (via secure encryption) to a contracted data provider who performs the background check. The social security numbers are not retained.
SportsAge ID is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. This website is intended for adult or adult supervised use. We support and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PERSONS 13 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER PERMITTED TO SUBMIT CONTENT, DEMOGRAPHIC OR BILLING INFORMATION. Children under the age of 18 may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
SportsAge ID utilizes personal information to provide the registrant/user with services. Specifically, we utilize the information to communicate with you, to provide service and support, to update registrant/user on services and benefits. We will give the registrant/user the opportunity to choose your privacy preferences regarding such communications (see "Your privacy preferences and opting out" below).
Personal data submitted to SportsAge ID may be transferred across state and country borders for the purposes of data consolidation and simplified customer information management.
Non-personal data is aggregated for reporting about SportsAge ID website usability, performance and effectiveness. It is utilized to improve the customer experience, usability and website content.
SportsAge ID does not sell, rent or lease personal information to other entities. SportsAge ID does not divulge registrant/user information to third parties. Your permission and authority to fulfill services will be requested when you submit your information. SportsAge ID does not divulge registrant/user information with affiliated business entities and companies working on behalf of SportsAge ID, but only as described above in "How we use your information."
SportsAge ID contracts with data providers to deliver complete services and customer solutions. Data providers are required to keep confidential the information received on behalf of SportsAge ID and may not use it for any purpose other than to execute the services they are performing for SportsAge ID. SportsAge ID does not divulge personal information unless required by law enforcement action, subpoena, or local law.
SportsAge ID or its related entities could merge with or be acquired by another business entity or some or all of their respective assets could be acquired. If such a combination or acquisition occurs, SportsAge ID will make every reasonable effort to notify you in the event we share with the merging or acquiring entity some or all of your personal information to continue serving you.

Correcting/Updating or Removing Information
SportsAge ID provides registrant/user with several options for modifying or removing their information from our database. If the registrant/users information changes or if the registrant/user wants to correct, update, or request deletion of information the registrant/user can utilize the Customer Support Ticket option or by emailing customer support at support@sportsageid.com. Postal mail should be directed to the contact information listed above.
SportsAge ID does not divulge your personal information with third-party companies.
SportsAge ID strives to keep your personal information accurate. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to maintain registrant/user data accuracy. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as a password and user ID, before granting access to your profile. Certain areas of SportsAge ID’s websites may limit access to specific individuals through the use of passwords and other personal identifiers.
The most effective way to view the registrant/user information submitted is to return to the website page where you originally submitted your data and access registrant/user profile with username and password.
SportsAge ID is committed to protecting the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, SportsAge ID has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
